Oh my Philly Wow

Pardon my “cheesy” title.  Ok, lame pun intended.

Philly Cheese steak at Gram’s Diner, Rockwell never ceases to delight me. (See how big my smile is up there?) It really is the perfect comfort food. I would usually criticize the use of cheese spread instead of the real thing, but, in this case, it still works for me. I always opt for the onion shoestrings for the side. It has this mild peppery spiciness that always makes me want to order a whole plate for myself. :D
